The Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Jinsui Border Region is located in Caijiaya Village, Xing County, not far from the Yellow River. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, with pleasant scenery, it is a well-known patriotic education, revolutionary tradition education and national defense education base in China. It is also a national key cultural relics protection unit and has been selected as one of the 100 classic red tourism scenic spots in China.

There are many red tourism resources in Luliang, besides the Revolutionary Memorial Hall in the Jinsui Border Region, there is also the former site of the the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Rear Committee, including the former site of the Central Foreign Affairs Group, the former site of the special accounting office of the Central Secretariat, the former residence of Mao Zedong Road, the former residence of Ye Jianying, the former residence of Yang Shangkun and the former residence of Deng Yingchao.
