Vehicles often have grandiose lines and a muscular appearance, which is contrary to the traditional cultural concept of neutral beauty or moderate beauty. Therefore, the decisive factor of whether this car can become a best-selling car is the design. Of course, this is not aimed at the tank 400 Hi4-T, and the Dongfeng Warrior M917 with similar style is similar.
On the other hand, if you like this design style, it is not a shortcoming, and the comprehensive price of this car will basically have no shortcomings.

However, the acceleration performance of pure electric mode is worse, because the parameters of its motor are 120 kW/400 N m.

If the torque is high, it will accelerate explosively at low speed, while if the power is low, it will accelerate slowly at high speed. Therefore, this motor can ensure a good power experience when driving instead of walking, and it is quite satisfactory when cruising at high speed. But fortunately, high-speed acceleration is generally long-distance, and long-distance driving always needs to use hybrid mode, and the power experience in hybrid mode is different.
Hi4-T’s mechanical longitudinal four-wheel drive seems to be an advantage at present, and the power can be amplified by over 2.6 times.
There are two types of hybrid or electric four-wheel drive. The first type is driven by multiple engines. For example, the four-engine four-wheel drive uses four motors to drive four wheels respectively. The advantage of this kind of driving platform is that it can accurately control the output power of each wheel and realize more flexible off-road.
The second type is the traditional mechanical four-wheel drive platform, which retains the gearbox, transfer case and transmission shaft; Its disadvantage is complex structure, and its advantage is that it has two-speed transfer case and 4L mode. In 4L mode, the torque can be amplified several times, and the tank 400 can be more than 2.6 times, so the maximum torque is close to 2000N·m, and the power will be more sufficient when off-road.
The tank 400 Hi4-T retains the tradition, blends the hybrid, and has a reasonable price.
All off-road vehicles that overlap with the price of tank 400 Hi4-T are fuel vehicles, at least at present, so no off-road vehicle of the same class can surpass tank 400Hi4-T in terms of power and energy consumption-provided that its guide price is only 279,800 yuan and 289,800 yuan, so as long as it can accept the design of mecha style, this car is worth choosing.
However, personally, I still prefer the retro design of the tank 300, and I am also looking forward to the plug-in hybrid version of this car.
Now, the price of tank 300 Hi4-T can be basically determined. The price of tank 400 is about 50,000 yuan lower than that of tank 500, and the price disparity between tank 300 and tank 400 will be similar. It is estimated that its starting price will be around 220,000. If it is really in this range, this car will become the SUV with the highest sales volume in the mid-range.
